Today we were learning how to work out the median.
Along with that we had to order the numbers from lowest to highest , then find the middle number.
If its a odds number then there will only be 1 median/middle number, but if its a even number there will be 2 median/middle numbers.
To work out how to turn 2 median numbers into 1, you have to add those numbers together then divide the answer by 2.
For example , 2 , 2 , 4 , 6 , 11 , 14 .
4 + 6 = 10 / 2 = 5 .
The rocket launch today was not as we planned / thought . The rockets did go up but not very high because of how they kept spinning around & probably cause the amount of water in it.
The launch went really well , the rockets did not fail to launch and there were no issues with the equipment.
What i noticed is that all the rockets did not fly straight up, This could be due to the angle of the launcher not being perfectly straight. I also think that the wings played a role in how the rocket moved through the air. I think I could improve this by changing the wings & making sure they are more solid & aligned correctly.
My next steps are to work on my wing designs to make it more stable / stronger. I will probably use Air Command Water Rockets website & Youtube for help.
Hey guys , Today i was learning how tot write simple, compound & complex sentences! I found this writing exercise to be easy & helpful ! I also found ways to break up my work into easy bits. I need to keep working on finding easier subjects to write about instead of going big & hurting my head. I will do this by looking at something & writing about that. lolz , Here's my Writing from today:
Simple Sentences!
I saw a glossy giant-sized pole

I finished the test, & i got good grades.
Complex sentences
Even tho I went tan, it wasn't the color I liked.
I wasn't happy with the color i got.

In New Zealand birds known as ¨Moas” are now extinct due to the maoris eating them all in 1440 which wasn't there fault at all. They might take the blame but in their eyes there was nothing else to eat except for small mammals & birds. In Maori ¨Moa¨ Means ¨Chicken¨ But moas & chicken are completely different, Moas give birth twice a year & chickens lay up to 200 - 300 eggs a year, And since moas give birth only twice & people started to eat them they went into extinction fast.
How we came into extant ! & from whom?
We were discovered from an island In south east of asia, 1 reason was because there were adventurers that wanted to explore around in there kayaks or boats they created & the other reason was because the island was getting over populated & so they kicked of all the people starting from the bottom until they had enough space. There were 3 different levels, the bottom where the people who rarely helped stayed, going onto the people thats helps the most or are important & the top level were where the chiefs stayed !
That was all that I learn & researched into 30 minutes, hope this helps you in the futures !!
This writing DLO was not as hard as I thought ! The amount of work in this wasn't as much as I wanted but it was because I had to research everything to make sure it was true. But all of that aside Im proud of what i achieved today !!
